Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Davante Adams met his wife, Devanne Adams, in 2012 during their time at Fresno State University.
He proposed in 2017, and they married a year later, in 2018.
Davante and Devanne are proud parents to four kids, including their newborn.
As the 2026 NFL season gets into full swing, the partners and significant others of the players will surely be screaming, cheering, and giving it their all in the stands. Among them is Devanne Adams, the longtime partner and wife of Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Davante Adams.
Davante began his NFL career with the Green Bay Packers after being drafted in 2014. He played eight seasons for the Packers before being traded to the Las Vegas Raiders in 2022. After a brief stint with the New York Jets, Adams is now a wide receiver for the Rams, where he signed as a free agent in March 2025.
As for Davante’s personal life, on the other hand, it has been more straightforward. He met his wife, Devanne Adams (née Villareal), in 2012 during their time at Fresno State University, and they’ve been together ever since. After tying the knot in 2018, they’ve also welcomed four kids, including their latest newborn.
“Different jerseys, same dominance,” Devonne proudly wrote on her husband on Instagram, per Pro Football Network. “Watching my husband be the standard everywhere he goes will never be old.”

In June 2026, the couple celebrated their 13th anniversary together. “13 years together, 8 years married, 4 kids, still my favorite person,” she wrote on Instagram. “Happy Anniversary to us.”
Davante shared a similar sweet message to his wife on her birthday in January 2026. “Happy Birthday, love,” the NFL star wrote on Instagram. “Grateful to have experienced so many of these years with you.”

Davante and Devanne first met in 2012 when they both attended Fresno State University. Davante played for the Fresno State Bulldogs from 2011 to 2013 before getting drafted by the Green Bay Packers.
When he was drafted in 2014, Devanne was right by his side. They even shared a sweet kiss when the draft was decided. “Green Bay it is!!” Devanne wrote on Instagram, posting a picture of the moment.

He proposed in June 2017.

Five years into their relationship, Davante popped the question during a trip to the Bahamas.
“Thought we were just doing a casual photo shoot,” Devanne shared on Instagram of the special moment. “Little did I know he had a bigger plan. Davante thought out the most perfect, creative, heartfelt, breathtaking proposal. Still can’t believe it.”
They married in June 2018.
A year after his proposal, Davante and Devanne married in an intimate ceremony in Pebble Beach in Monterey County, Calif., on June 23, 2018. For their big day, the bride looked stunning in a strapless Vera Wang dress while Adams looked dapper in a classic black suit. On Instagram, the couple shared videos and photos of their big day, including a video compilation set to “God’s Plan” played on the violin.
A year later, they shared more photos for their first anniversary. “Happy Anniversary, my Love,” Devanne wrote. “1 year down and forever to go.”

Over the years, Devanne and Davante have become proud parents to four kids. They welcomed their first daughter, Daija Leigh, on September 29, 2019. In an interview with The Ringer, Davante revealed that he was overcome with emotion after her birth, even asking to pull over on the side of the road to cry on their ride home. “Daija existed. Daija was theirs. He couldn’t stop smiling, letting the tears fall, clutching the wheel,” the outlet described. “She is the greatest thing to ever happen to me,” he said.
“My only fear in life is being away from my daughter,” Davante admitted to the outlet. “Not being able to have my daughter in my life. I just think about the fact that I kinda have a lot of fears based off of it. All pertaining to her. How much I care and just value her life.”
After that, Davante and Devanne welcomed their second daughter, Dezi Lynn, on April 13, 2022, and their first son, Drayson, on August 8, 2024.
Most recently, the couple welcomed their fourth child. “God said… ‘One More,’” Devanne wrote in her pregnancy announcement in April 2026. In a video posted last week on Instagram, Devanne shared that they had welcomed their fourth baby, holding the baby in her arms as she attended a Rams game. In another carousel, both Devanne and Davante can be seen holding up their newborn. The baby’s name, sex, and birth date have yet to be revealed.
