- Amanda Batula is officially exiting Summer House ahead of season 11.

- Her departure comes two weeks after it was revealed West Wilson would also not be returning to the show.

- Cameras are due to start rolling over the July 4 weekend.

Amanda Batula's time on *Summer House *has come to an end.

After nine seasons as a full-time cast member, Batula is exiting the show, a source close to the production told PEOPLE. Her departure comes on the heels the scandal surrounding her romantic entanglement with fellow cast member West Wilson. (Two weeks ago, it was announced that he will also not be returning to *Summer House* for season 11.) Cameras are due to start rolling at the Hamptons home over July 4 weekend.

Representatives for Bravo and Batula did not immediately respond to EW's request for comment.

In the months since season 10 of the Bravo series wrapped, Batula and West sent ripples through the Bravosphere since confirming their relationship on March 31. The reveal came weeks after gossip blog Deuxmoi first reported they were hooking up and around two months after Batula and husband Kyle Cooke had publicly announced they were separating after four years of marriage.

The confirmation sparked a scandal and fractured the cast: Wilson had long been in a longtime will-they-or-won't-they renewed situationship with Batula's best friend Ciara Miller. He was also friends with Batula's husband, Cooke.

In the aftermath, everyone from their fellow *Summer House* castmates to other Bravo stars to celebrities outside the reality TV sphere weighed in on the drama, picking sides and commenting on the new relationship.

The reveal was especially surprising for fans because the show's latest season featured multiple cast members wondering if Miller and Wilson would find their way back to one another. At one point in the season, Wilson even referred to Miller as "the love of my life."

Cooke broke his silence in a TikTok interview posted April 1, saying that he was "more concerned" about his ex than his own feelings. "I'm obviously disappointed in her... but just hearing her and hearing how unwell she is, and [her] dark thoughts, I just ask people to just, maybe, pull off the gas a little on the cyberbullying and hate."

He also confessed that he doesn't "understand the timeline just yet" of the relationship between Batula and Wilson.

Later that same month, Wilson stated that neither he nor Batula were in a relationship when they began seeing each other.

"That’s one thing I would like to be *very* clear about: there was no overlap," he clarified on his *Show Me Something *podcast. "I know there’s a thousand different theories on the internet right now, but that is one thing that for sure did not happen. Everyone was single."

He said that he and Batula realized things were getting "serious" between them in February, "and there's not a whole lot more to it than that."

The fallout of Batula and Wilson's relationship eventually played out over a three-part reunion that saw the duo on the defensive about their relationship as Miller, Cooke, and the rest of the cast demanded answers. By the end of Part 3, some — most vocally Lindsay Hubbard — felt that they hadn’t gotten the accountability they were looking for. Bravo later aired a bonus episode, *Summer House: The Aftermath*.

Along with Cooke and Hubbard, Batula is currently starring on *Summer House* spinoff* In the City.* The show has yet to be renewed for season 2.
