It’s not every day that you see Beyoncé step out for an event, let alone with her mom, Tina Knowles, and eldest child, Blue Ivy, by her side.

But for a private hair show in Los Angeles Tuesday evening, to celebrate the launch of a new styling collection at Cécred, the three generations of women hit the stage in coordinated outfits, which came in varying shades of white (likely as a nod to the creamy packaging that characterizes Beyoncé’s haircare line).

There, Queen Bey herself went for a white, corset-style bodysuit, layered underneath an eggshell blazer and accessorized with strappy heels. Later, she swapped her lingerie-inspired base for a silky midi dress with a scarf-neck detail.

As for Ms. Tina, she went full corporate in a crisp white pantsuit, consisting of a double-breasted blazer and wide-leg pants, which she matched with some milky platform heels.

Finally, 14-year-old Blue made a statement in a strapless bandeau minidress with ruched fabric and a large bow detail around back, with long tails that draped like a train behind her. To complete her fit, Blue chose a pair of matching white heels with a peep-toe detail.

The show was attended by not only Beyoncé and a couple of her family members, but also by other starry figures like Chlöe Bailey and Monaleo.

To celebrate the new line of products, part of the evening included a special runway show, with models sporting artistic hairstyles and engaging in various forms of performance art.

In a recent interview with WWD, Beyoncé opened up about the inspiration behind her styling collection, saying: “A lot of these products were designed from a desire to solve my own issues with my hair while on tour. I don’t use relaxers, so I’m very big on protecting the hair from heat damage when I style. Tour weather is unpredictable. Pouring rain, crazy humidity, some shows in 100 degree weather. I’m drenched in sweat and those styles must make it through a three-hour show. I wasn’t finding stylers that could perform at the necessary level without affecting my hair health.”

The record-setting Grammy winner went on to note that she even uses these products on her daughters—Blue and Rumi. “We have put each one of these to the test and I use it on my daughters before everything: blow dry, silk press, braid-out,” she said. “We [even] tested the mousse on my big Texas blowout all the way back in 2024 for the Super Bowl.”
