Billie Eilish made a colorful return to social media, debuting a dramatic new hairstyle while revisiting a familiar hue.
The 24-year-old chopped off her long locks, showing off a layered, side-parted bob that falls just above her shoulders in photos shared on Oct. 5 on Instagram. She also traded her long brown hair for a strawberry-blonde shade.
"Hi," Eilish simply captioned the post, which included a mirror selfie of the singer wearing a blue sweater, khaki pants, and black Celine ballet sneakers.
The post marks one of Eilish's first personal photo updates since May 25, aside from promotional posts for her Eilish Intense fragrance campaign.
In May, the "Birds of a Feather" singer was spotted in Beverly Hills, California, with long auburn hair, a departure from the darker shade she had worn while wrapping up her "Hit Me Hard and Soft" era. The look also marked a return to red after Eilish briefly sported a strawberry-blonde shade in 2021.
Over the years, the Grammy winner has experimented with shades including platinum blonde, dark brown, blue, green and silver.

Billie Eilish and Nat Wolff make red carpet debut
Earlier this year, Eilish stepped out with dark brown hair and subtle copper tones at the May 6 Los Angeles premiere of "Billie Eilish – Hit Me Hard and Soft: The Tour (Live in 3D)," which she codirected with James Cameron.
She attended the premiere with actor Nat Wolff, 31, marking their red carpet debut as a pair.
While the two have never publicly commented on their relationship status, they have been romantically linked since March 2025 and have attended several awards shows together, including the 2026 Grammy Awards.
Eilish wore a green short-sleeve polo over a white button-down, paired with a navy pleated skirt and red crew socks, while Wolff opted for a brown suit.
The film, codirected by Eilish and Cameron, documents her "Hit Me Hard and Soft" tour, which ran from September 2024 to November 2025.
