Donald Trump talked about his son Barron Trump during a Fox News interview with Laura Ingraham -

President Donald Trump seemed to reveal where Barron Trump is living during an interview with Fox News' Laura Ingraham

PEOPLE previously reported that the first son had transferred to New York University's D.C. campus ahead of his sophomore year

At 19, Barron has already been focused on his "financial interests," amassing an estimated net worth of about $150 million

Donald Trump's youngest son, Barron Trump, is sticking close to his parents after transferring his studies to Washington, D.C., ahead of his sophomore year.

The president seemingly revealed that Barron is staying at the White House while giving Fox News' Laura Ingraham a tour of the historic mansion.

The conversation came about while the two were reviewing the extensive decorations and adjustments that Donald has made to the White House in his second term. Ingraham asked him if any of his five children have the same "delicate attention to detail" that he has.

The president said all of his children do, noting that Don Jr., Ivanka, Eric, Tiffany and Barron each excel in different ways.

"Barron's going to be tremendous," he said. "He is very meticulous."

"He's here, he's right upstairs," Donald told Ingraham with a smile, referring to the upper levels of the White House where the family's bedrooms are located.

Barron, 19, is reportedly studying business at New York University; however, he transferred from the university's main campus in Manhattan to its smaller D.C. campus at the beginning of his sophomore year this fall.

It's no surprise the president would be happy to have his son at home. Forbes recently revealed that Barron has already been amassing his own small fortune, thanks mostly to his knowledge of cryptocurrency. At not even 20 years old, he's already estimated to be worth about $150 million.

“He’s got four wallets or something, and I’m saying, ‘What is a wallet?’ ” Donald said with a laugh during the September 2024 launch of his family's cryptocurrency venture.

The youngest Trump reportedly helped open the family's eyes to the business of crypto. The president's net worth alone grew by more than $3 billion over the last year, thanks mostly to crypto and overseas licensing deals.

Little is known about Barron's first year of college, however, a source told PEOPLE in August that the president's youngest son spent his summer "actively working on his own financial interests and spending time with "others who he is involved with in that area."

The insider noted that Barron also "spent a great deal of time with his family," adding that he isn't considering dating to be "a big deal in his life right now."

"He has more school, a family who dotes on him and a career of his own he is launching," the source said.
