Katy Perry's boyfriend, Justin Trudeau, was met with overwhelming love and support for his new relationship after he was seen is hopping around with the pop singer like "an 18-year-old backup dancer" in a new TikTok video.
The 41-year-old singer recently posted a TikTok in which she lip-syncs to her new song, Watch It Burn, while she and members of her crew bounce up and down in the background.
Trudeau bouncing through the frame caught viewers' attention, with many fans noting how happy and in love he appeared. This comes as the lovebirds were recently spotted smooching at the World Cup Opening Ceremony together on June 12.

In the TikTok video, the former 54-year-old Canadian Prime Minister hopped across the background, wearing a green T-shirt and khaki pants with his arms to his side.
The couple locked eyes and smiled toward each other in the center frame of the video, as Trudeau continued hopping off-screen.
Why are they hopping together? The caption of the video read: "Ancient texts say that if you hop to this song you will get 1,000 years of good luck."
Under the clip, many fans took to the comment section sharing their support for the radiant couple. One user commented, "From one Canadian: it's nice to see Justin looking genuinely happy again. Life's too short not to enjoy the good moments."
Another fan added, "This is a Canadian heritage moment."

While a third person wrote, "I love seeing our old prime minister having the time of his life."
And someone else chimed in, "I love seeing Trudaddy jumping around, looking all lovestruck at Katy."

Since Trudeau's departure from his political leadership role, he has been spotted sharing cozy moments with Perry, first sparking romance rumors in July 2025 when they were seen grabbing dinner together at Le Violon in Montreal. Later that month, Trudeau was spotted at one of her concerts in Montreal.
The couple made their red carpet debut in June at the Tribeca Film Festival for the premiere of the Teenage Dream singer's concert film "Katy Perry: The Lifetimes Tour - Live from Paris."
At the event, Perry opened up in an interview with People about how her tour helped grow her relationship with Trudeau.
"I feel like a more grounded person in so many aspects of my life," she told People. "I am very in love. And actually, that show was after I met the love of my life and so I felt very anchored by that because I'm a little bit like a rainbow kite."
"I fly super high and touch the veil ... cosmos ... and sometimes I need to be anchored. So, to have that anchor finally makes me feel really whole now," she added.
