She shares two children with ex-husband Tom Brady and a 16-month-old son with husband Joaquim Valente
Tom Brady also honored Bündchen on Mother's Day with photos featuring their blended family moments
Gisele Bündchen is giving a glimpse into her life as a mom of three.
The model, 45, shared rare photos with all three of her kids on Instagram over the weekend as she celebrated Mother's Day with her family. Bündchen shares daughter Vivian Lake, 13, and son Benjamin Rein, 16, with ex Tom Brady, as well as a 16-month-old son with husband Joaquim Valente.
Bündchen could be seen playfully tossing her baby boy in the air in the first photo, while other pictures show the model spending quality time with all three of her kids.
"Nothing in this world fills my life with more meaning and joy than being a mom. I’m so grateful to experience life with them, learning and growing together every day," she began her caption.

"Happy Mother’s Day to all moms, especially to my mama, who is always by my side in spirit and inspires me to be the best mom that I can be. ❤️❤️❤️," she continued.

Brady, 48, also marked Mother's Day on Sunday, May 10, by sharing a series of photos honoring the women in his life — including exes Bündchen and Bridget Moynahan.

“Happy Mother's Day❤️❤️❤️,” Brady wrote on his Instagram Stories alongside a photo of Bündchen kissing her 18-year-old stepson, Jack, as Moynahan, 55, stood smiling next to them.
In another snap, Bündchen can be seen lying in bed, cuddling Jack, as well as her and Brady's two kids, Benjamin and Vivian.
“Happy Mother's Day to all the amazing mothers in this world…❤️❤️❤️,” Brady added over the photo.
In January, Bündchen shared several snaps on Instagram of her family of five to commemorate her baby boy's first birthday. The toddler, whom she welcomed in 2025 with Valente, could be seen in the first picture in the 15-photo carousel sitting on a toy pony with a "Happy Birthday" balloon next to him.
"I can’t believe it’s already been over a year since you came to bless our lives. Thank you, God, for so much. ❤️ 🙏" she wrote in her caption, also including the message in Portuguese.
