Harry Jowsey officially said “I do!”

After dating 20 women on Let’s Marry Harry, the Australian reality star, 29, decided who he would marry in the finale, which dropped on Netflix Wednesday, Aug. 12.

The two women left standing after a series of compatibility challenges, dates and eliminations (conducted by three of Harry’s closest friends, Amanda Kloots, Georgia Hassarati and Sonny Henty) were Dannelle Davidson, a cocktail waitress and nurse from Las Vegas, and Amber Mozo, a travel photographer from Hawaii.

Jowsey tells PEOPLE that choosing between Dannelle, 33, and Amber, 30, to be his wife was “one of the most daunting decisions I’ve had to make.”

“I had two incredible women standing in front of me,” he says. “I think the hardest part about the whole experience, and I couldn’t sleep the night before the wedding because the hardest part is that someone is going to be heartbroken.”

“I think anyone would be lucky to marry either of those girls,” he says. “It really wasn’t an easy decision at all. … It could have gone either way, and it would’ve been a great decision.”

Sparks between Harry and Dannelle flew when the reality star brought out a cake and candles to celebrate her birthday. After sharing a kiss that night, things between them got a little more intimate the next. To make his feelings for her known, Harry gave Dannelle a secret second ring to wear as a symbol of their deep connection.

In the sixth episode of the reality series, titled “I Want To Know If I Can Trust You With My Daughter,” Harry took the five remaining women — Dannelle, Amber, Abby Easterling, Sam Kruse and Emma Piotrowski — to Las Vegas, Davidson’s hometown. After their date on the High Roller at the Linq Promenade, Jowsey told Davidson that he was falling in love with her.

“I spent a month trying to figure out who’s my perfect wife,” Harry said in his confessional. “Every time I look at her, I feel like it’s her.”

Meanwhile, Harry’s connection with Amber was a slow burn. At the beginning of the experience, the Too Hot to Handle star was unsure if Amber even liked him. In a confessional on the second episode, Harry called Amber “a mysterious little cat,” explaining that she “makes me feel like she hates me, but also loves me, and I think that’s kind of exciting.”

When Harry and Amber went on their first one-on-one date, they opened up to each other and bonded over their shared grief of losing a parent. In his confessional, Harry said the date was the best he’s ever had and admitted he was surprised by their connection. Their romance took an intimate turn when the two hid away in Harry’s bathroom and hooked up.

In the seventh episode of Let’s Marry Harry, titled “I’m In Love With Two Women,” Harry takes both Dannelle and Amber to New Zealand to meet his sisters, Sara and Rose. There, Harry took Amber to his sacred beach, and he and Dannelle exchanged their first “I love you.” After getting to know both women, Sara revealed that she would pick Amber, while Rose chose Dannelle.

“Dannelle’s perfect. She’s been so sweet and comforting throughout this whole thing and just a gem,” Harry said. “But Amber has really opened up to me, especially the last couple of days. Honestly, I’m just so confused.”

At the top of the finale episode, titled “Wedding Day,” Harry is overwhelmed by the gravity of his decision and is conflicted. “I just feel like life would be so different but so fun with both of them,” he said. “But I just feel like an absolute knob because I’m here in a predicament with two of the most amazing women I’ve ever met. Two of the most exciting, exquisite women I’ve ever met. And now, I just don’t even know if I am ready for this.”

After his final dates with Dannelle and Amber, Harry said, “The decision is much harder now. I guess they both really answered what I wanted from them, and they made it super easy to love both of them.”

“I love both these women, but I have to follow my heart a little more on this,” he later added. And his heart led him to Amber.

“Amber, if we go back to the first day of this experience, I would have never expected this, because you hated me,” he said as he began his vows. “It’s true. She hated me. But, for real, on the first day of this, I didn’t think we’d be here. Somehow, you made me slow down, soften and believe in something real, and here you are. You make me feel like home.”

“You see me. Not the version the world sees, not the jokes or the armor, but the parts the camera doesn’t see. Instead of running, you stayed, and I know life with you would be easy and sexy,” Harry continued. “I promise to keep choosing you, on the good days, messy days and days where your attitude is putrid. I promise to protect your heart and make your life as fun as possible.”

“You’re a miracle, and I know our dads are probably best friends up there. You’re not just someone I fell for, you’re someone who makes me grow and look at life different,” he added. “So, yeah, I’ll annoy you, adore you, challenge you, choose you and, more than anything, I promise to love you in a way that feels steady, soft, insane and true.”

Speaking to PEOPLE, Harry says his time with Amber was “incredible” and her “free spirit” separated her from the rest of the women on the show.

He explained that he ultimately made his decision by leaning into the signs he received from his late father, who died in December 2024 of a terminal illness. In episode 6 of Let’s Marry Harry, Harry told Amber that bees are a symbol of his father and had only ever seen him around her during this experience.

Let’s Marry Harry is available to stream on Netflix, with the reunion episode premiering on Aug. 26.
