Hudson Williams’s Airport Fit Includes a Nod to NYGetty Images

A nice Canadian man with the soul of a New Yorker? A dream. Hudson Williams once again owned up to his dreamboat status yesterday, as he made a stylish appearance at Toronto’s airport.

The Heated Rivalry star was seen arriving in the Canadian city rolling a large black suitcase. He is currently filming psychological thriller Apparatus there through May. Directed by Sofia Banzhaf, the film follows a struggling ride-share driver, played by Williams, trapped by an entrepreneur (played by Dylan O’Brien).

For his travel fit, Williams went preppy in a white long-sleeve polo and baggy black trousers. Black boots and a luxurious leather crossbody bag rounded out the look. But the real highlight was the actor’s hat: a navy New York Yankees baseball cap from the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA).

The iconic NYC staple comes from the MoMA’s design store, and is offered in several other colors as well: bright green, butter yellow, and pale pink, to name a few. It retails for $34, or $30 for museum members.

Williams is a Canadian boy through and through: He was born in Kelowna, raised in Kamloops, British Columbia, and has lived in Vancouver—where he attended college—for several years.

And yet, he spends much of his time in NYC these days—which is why we support his affinity for local merch. The last time we saw him in Manhattan, he attended the Saturday Night Live taping to support Heated Rivalry co-star and best friend Connor Storrie in his hosting gig.
