Joy Behar is sharing her best piece of relationship advice.
During her appearance on The View: Behind the Table podcast, Behar opened up to The View executive producer Brian Teta about her nearly 15-year-long marriage to husband Steve Janowitz, and shared a few "wise words" about partnership.
"My husband is a very, very high-quality person. He has integrity. He has a great sense of humor. He's very funny. He can take a joke," Behar said on the May 12 episode, adding, "He loves me. He supports me. I mean, I have, actually, a very good marriage."

She continued, "It's nice to have a good marriage and to go through life like that. You don't want to go through life with somebody you don't like."
Behar paused to remind any single women listening to be selective of who they choose to marry, and to not let lust solely guide their decision.
"I'm going to give a little tip to these young girls. Lust fades, it does," she said.

Continuing, the longtime host added, "Ask Helen Fisher, that great anthropologist. Two years into it, you're going to be like, 'I got a headache,' or whatever. Or, 'Tonight, I don't know. I'm hungry. Let's get a pizza.' So remember who you're with."
"The person has to be a friend and has to be a companion, somebody to go through life with. So be careful of that," warned the 83-year-old.

The couple will celebrate their 15th wedding anniversary on Tuesday, Aug. 11.
