In this week's chapter, we are finally introduced to Ibuki Misaka, and during this flashback sequence we see that Kunishige actually considers him one of the most capable swordsmen who can challenge Itsuo Shirakai. It is revealed that Misaka had actually dueled with this other character two years ago and managed to survive the encounter.

All of the information given in this chapter about Misaka makes him look like an exceptionally strong swordsman. In the present time of the story, Shiba has been traveling to Kitakyushu to investigate Misaka. That is when he discovers that Misaka has a reputation for being a delinquent among the authorities.

However, there are many civilians who consider him to be a good person because several of his targets are mostly criminals or corrupt individuals. In this chapter, we also see Misaka make a grand and impressive entrance. After Shiba came across a motorcycle gang, Misaka made his appearance and cut through the bad guys.
