- Kylie Jenner has been sued by two former housekeepers who allege discrimination and a hostile work environment, though they do not make direct allegations against her.

- Plaintiff Angelica Vasquez was allegedly "treated with hostility and exclusion" by Jenner's head housekeeper and other staff members.

- One week later, Juana Delgado Soto sued Jenner and her staff for racial discrimination, harassment, and failure to pay wages, among other offenses.

Kylie Jenner has been named in two lawsuits filed by her former housekeepers, though neither filing makes direct allegations against her.

In a first complaint filed in Los Angeles on April 17 and obtained by **, plaintiff Angelica Vasquez alleges discrimination and harassment of national origin, race, religion, disability, and failure to provide reasonable accommodation, among other claims. Jenner is named as a defendant in the suit, although Vasquez does not make specific allegations against her in the filing.

According to the complaint, Vasquez began working for Jenner in September 2024 at the reality star's Beverly Hills residence. A week later, she was reassigned to Jenner's Hidden Hills residence. The document alleges the Vasquez was "treated with hostility and exclusion" by her supervisors and other staff members.

Vasquez claims she was "assigned the most difficult and undesirable tasks." She also alleges that she was "excluded from the housekeeping team; publicly belittled and humiliated in front of coworkers due to her race, national origin, and religion; and subjected to intimidation and demeaning treatment."**

"Supervisors snapped their fingers at Plaintiff, shouted at her, falsely accused her of misconduct, and treated her in a demeaning and degrading manner," Vasquez claims, adding that the behavior "was continuous and created a toxic and abusive work environment."

In the complaint, Vasquez says she was the only Salvadoran housekeeper and was allegedly "mocked for her accent and treated as inferior because of her Salvadoran background." The defendants, she says, "failed to take any meaningful corrective action," and the complaints she made about the working conditions were ignored.

The defendants' treatment of her allegedly worsened after Vasquez spoke up about the incident. Vasquez says in the complaint that she experienced an increased workload, a reduction of scheduled hours, false accusations, and disciplinary warnings. She also claimed to have experienced "hostile verbal and physical conduct."

"On or about March 29, 2025, a supervisor threw hangers at Plaintiff's feet while reprimanding her," the complaint alleges. "Plaintiff was also subjected to threats regarding pay, including statements that she would not be paid if work was not completed." Vasquez considered the behavior to be retaliation for her coming forward about previous incidents.

In August 2025, Vasquez resigned from her role, suffering from "emotional distress, anxiety, and PTSD symptoms; loss of wages; and other economic and non-economic damages." The filing claims that the defendants acted "willfully, maliciously, and with conscious disregard for Plaintiff's rights, entitling Plaintiff to punitive damages."

In a second complaint, filed on April 30 and reviewed by EW, another one of Jenner's former housekeepers, Juana Delgado Soto, alleges racial discrimination, harassment, and failure to pay wages, among other claims.

Soto alleges in the filing that meal and rest breaks were withheld from her during her first few years of employment, which started in 2019, and that staff supervisor Itzel Sibrian mocked her for her immigration status and accent in 2024.

Sibrian was temporarily removed from her position, but upon returning she allegedly retaliated against Soto for filing a complaint, according to the new filing. As a result, Soto's hourly wage was reduced and she was allegedly given unnecessary workloads. Soto also claims that in 2024 she was denied bereavement time from work after her brother's death while under her housekeeping supervisors, who were referred to in the first lawsuit.

In April 2025, Soto wrote a lengthy letter addressing the hostile work environment and slipped it to Jenner. Soto alleges in the filing that she was threatened with termination of her position the next day and her supervisors' treatment of her worsened. "Defendants told her she was no longer allowed to look at Kylie, smile at Kylie, and if she saw Kylie she would have to 'disappear.'"

Soto further claims that she sent a text message to her supervisors in August 2025, telling them, "I cannot do this anymore … I always have anxiety because of the way you guys treat me. No matter what I did, no one helped me."

Soto is seeking an unnamed amount in punitive and compensatory damages.

"I am dedicated to making sure my clients receive the justice that they deserve," Vasquez and Soto's attorney Della Shaker said in a statement to EW on Friday. "For others who have worked in a hostile work environment and been mistreated, you don't need to be silenced. You have rights, and we are here to protect them."

Representatives for Jenner did not immediately respond to EW's request for comment.
