Lo Bosworth was very much a part of Laguna Beach when it originally aired.

But fans won't see her on the reunion that filmed last month.

"I didn't go!!!!," she shared on Instagram this week. "But not bc I didn't want to - I did! I live in NYC and I just had a babbbyyyy and I have to have a fragment of placenta removed in a few days. I wore my black and white outfit at home yesterday in solidarity lol."

Bosworth teased that she would be discussing the show's origin story on her podcast, Tell Me I'm a Good Mom.

She added, "Sending love from the east coast!"

Bosworth, who married Dom Natale in 2025, shared in January that the couple had welcomed a baby girl, Nelle.

"Our girl Nelle is here," the proud mom captioned a photo. "She started the year by surprising us two weeks early, but really, she was right on time. Our teeny one is named for her Oma and already so loved.

Lauren Conrad, her costar from Laguna Beach and its spinoff, The Hills, commented, "Welcome to the world sweet girl!! So happy for you you guys."

While Bosworth wasn't in attendance, much of the original cast was there, including Conrad, Kristin Cavallari, and Stephen Colletti.

She told PEOPLE in 2023 that Conrad was the only cast member she was still in touch with at the time.

Meanwhile, Conrad, who's returned to Laguna Beach, Calif., told Entertainment Weekly ahead of the event that the reunion was cathartic for those who were able to attend.

"We haven't all been together in a couple decades," she said. "One-on-one we've visited each other or a few of us all hang out, but even when we do that, we don't really talk about the show or the experience we had. Everyone kept saying it was really therapeutic, just to look back and talk about how it was for each of us. I think we all learned some stuff. It was a really nice healing thing."

In an interview with EW, creator Liz Gateley noted that it was the cast's innocence that helped propel the MTV show into a success.

"I have to give all credit to them. They trusted us," Gately said. "So many of them talked in the reunion about how they [thought], 'Oh, this is never gonna air. MTV's just following us around.' They had no idea how big it was gonna be. And because it was the first show like this and there was no social media at the time, it was truly innocent and they weren't affected by the cameras. And of course they were aware of them, but they really let us in. And I think we really protected them."

The Reunion: Laguna Beach premieres April 10 on Roku.
