*Stranger Things* may have ended last year, but costars Millie Bobby Brown and David Harbour are keeping the family together nonetheless.

During a live recording of the *Happy Sad Confused* with host Josh Horowitz on Wednesday, Brown teased that she and Harbour have "concrete" plans for a future project together that will come "sooner than expected," per *Variety*.

When Horowitz pressed the *Enola Holmes** *actress for further details, she said: "Father-daughter is where we live, but Netflix will always be our home."

Later in the conversation, Brown shared that she has been developing several projects with Netfix, which she called her "home studio." Along with the third installment of Brown's *Enola Holmes* films, that includes the rom-com *Just Picture It* with Gabriel LaBelle, and the TV series *Prism*, which Brown said may be on hold as she figures out her "time and [her] schedule."

And, circling back to the "David Harbour project," Brown said the production "is sooner than expected."

"And it's David's idea, so kudos to him," she added.

The news of a new project with Brown and Harbour — who portrayed a father-daughter duo across *Stranger Things*' five seasons —comes after an unverified *Daily Mail* report alleged in November 2025 that Brown had filed a "harassment and bullying claim" against Harbour before production on season 5 began. The report fueled rampant speculation as fans scrambled to scrutinize the duo's interactions in interviews and on the red carpet.

The outlet reported that Harbour faced an internal inquiry after Brown complained about his behavior toward her. She had reportedly done so before filming for season 5 began, and as a result, she had a personal representative with her on the set, according to the outlet.

"There were pages and pages of accusations," a source told the newspaper. "The investigation went on for months." The report clarified that none of the allegations involved "sexual impropriety."

At the time, * *reached out to Harbour, Brown, and Netflix for comment. While they did not respond, *Stranger Things* creators the Duffer Brothers did react to the claims when directly asked about them on the red carpet for the final season's Los Angeles premiere on Nov. 6, 2025.

"We've been doing this for 10 years with this cast, and at this point they're family, and we deeply care about them," Ross Duffer told *The Hollywood Reporter* days after the report emerged. "So, you know, nothing matters more than just having a set where everyone feels safe and happy."

Earlier this month, Harbour broke his silence on the rumors in an interview with *Variety*.

Reflecting on it all months later, Harbour said he thought the report "came out in a weird way,” before confirming that there was indeed some tension on set, vaguely alluding to a "disagreement" between him and Brown. But he remained firm in his stance that all is well between the longtime costars who portrayed a father-daughter bond across the show's five seasons.

"It’s a show that went on for 10 years. We worked together for 10 years during her formative teenage years, playing father and daughter," Harbour explained. "I don’t know if people have families and friends that you spend a lot of time with for 10 years — you occasionally get in arguments, disagreements."

Harbour pointed out that in their case, the "family" unit existed in a professional environment.

"In families, it’s OK because you’re just in a disagreement and then you come back together," he added. "The problem with a billion-dollar show is that there’s just hundreds of people who want to get involved. It was just a simple rupture-and-repair thing that, once we cleared everybody out of the way and talked to each other, we’re fine. Everyone nowadays is very scared of talking about things. People are very scared of being human. It’s unfortunate, because I don’t know how to navigate this weird media world. But it was completely normal, and we adore each other and always have."

Brown weighed in as well, addressing their bond in an email shared with the outlet.

"Obviously I changed so much from Season 1 to Season 5, and David was there through all of it," Brown wrote to *Variety*. "Over time, our relationship became much more collaborative creatively. When you work with someone for that many years, we could really push each other emotionally in scenes."

She added, "Even though the series has ended, there’s still a lot of gratitude. Getting to share that experience with him for so many years is something I’ll always remember and value."
