Nara Smith is opening up about her choice not to have more children.
The 25-year-old influencer, known for her elaborate cooking videos, appeared on the Oct. 8 episode of Emma Grede’s podcast Aspire, where she discussed motherhood and her plans for the future.
“We’re done having kids,” Smith, who is a mother to kids Rumble Honey, 5, Slim Easy, 4, Whimsy Lou, 2, and Fawnie Golden, 1, told the podcast host.
“I’m going to get my tubes tied,” she continued after Grede told her she didn’t believe that she was finished having more children. “I’m going to schedule the appointment.”
“I would love to have another baby,” said Smith. “But I don’t think my body would be able to handle another pregnancy, another postpartum period, but also then the toddler stage.”

She went on to say that “what comes after” a pregnancy — raising an infant, and then a toddler — is “really, really hard.”
“I don’t want to do that in 10 years,” she said. “I want to do that now, which is why I had [my kids] back-to-back. I’m going through all of it at one time. And in 10 years, they’re going to be old. I’m not starting from scratch. There is no way.”

By the time she turns 40, Smith joked, she wants her kids “out” of the house so she can be “hot and thriving, just visiting my kids.”
After welcoming her third child in April 2024, the supermodel said in an interview that she was “absolutely done” having more children, calling raising toddlers “the best sort of birth control, because they’re wild.”

But she then shocked her followers when she announced she was pregnant with her fourth baby, giving birth to Fawnie Golden in September 2025.
Speaking to PEOPLE in March, the content creator’s husband, Lucky Blue, admitted that the couple “thought we were really done after three.”
“To be honest, four has been an adjustment,” he continued. “It’s been really tricky to navigate, but it’s been good, and I think now we’re finally hitting our stride with it.”
