*Jersey Shore *alum Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi has has been diagnosed with cervical cancer.

The reality star fans on her "healthy journey" in Friday TikTok message recorded in her car as she was between doctors appointments.

"My results came back from my cone biopsy, you guys, and it came back stage 1 cervical cancer called adenocarcinoma," she said. "Obviously not the news that I was hoping for, but also not the worst news, just because they caught it so early. Thank freaking God!"

Snooki shared in January that doctors had discovered cancerous cells in her cervix, but they needed to conduct another biopsy in order to confirm her condition. She said then that she was "terrified," but she was brave in her latest update.

"So 2026 is not panning out how I wanted it to. But also, it could be worse," Snooki said in the new video, acknowledging her four million followers. "A lot of women go through it silently without anyone to talk to and they're scared by themselves. And that was me until I decided to upload the video about what was happening with me."

She added, "I like that we have a platform here to talk about it with each other. I appreciate all of the love. Everything's going to be fine. I'm going to tackle this and get it done."

Snooki also used her announcement as a reminder to other women to stay on top of their health, in a very Snooki way.

"Get your appointments done, b----es!," she said. "I'm telling you. Once you go to stage 2, then I think you have to do chemo. Nobody want to do that! Scary! So get your appointments done."

Her frequent costar Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola commented on her post, "The strongest woman, love you!"

Several others commented that her message had inspired them to book a medical appointment they'd been putting off.

Snooki noted in her video that she plans to have a PET scan next, so the doctors can determine whether the cancer has spread. Depending on the results, she said, she will likely undergo a hysterectomy.

Snooki married Jionni LaVelle in December 2014, and they share three children: sons Lorenzo, 13, and Angelo, 6, as well as an 11-year-old daughter, Giovanna.**

She's vowed that she will never let them watch her on *Jersey Shore*.
