Raiders listed among top 10 most valuable NFL franchises

The past few years in Las Vegas has been great for the value of the Raiders franchise. So valuable, in fact, theses days they are among the most valuable in the NFL.
Today Sportico put together its list of the most valuable franchises in the league and the Raiders were one of nine NFL franchises to crack $10 billion in worth.
The Raiders' value increased by 28% last year, outpacing all but one franchise ahead of them (Jets) over the past year.

Sportico describes its methodology as "The sum of the enterprise value of an NFL franchise combined with the value of team-related businesses and real estate holdings."
Moving to Las Vegas, and the shiny new stadium that came with it, jumped the Raiders up to match their longstanding considerable Raider Nation fanbase. Clearly being especially relevant isn't really a factor in the valuations considering the Raiders, Giants, Jets, Dolphins, and Falcons make up half of the top ten.
