Robert Pattinson revealed his best wedding advice during an interview at the Paris premiere of The Drama

The actor's comments come just a week after he hinted that he secretly married Suki Waterhouse

Pattinson and Waterhouse have been romantically linked since 2018, and they share a 2-year-old daughter

Robert Pattinson is sharing his thoughts on marriage.

While chatting with Brut at the premiere of A24's The Drama in Paris, France, on Tuesday, March 24, the 39-year- actor revealed his best wedding advice.

"Don't make such a big deal about it, don't get so stressed," said Pattinson, who plays the fiancé of Zendaya's character in the dark comedy as they prepare to tie the knot.

He continued, "Everyone always gets so stressed about their weddings that they ruin it for themselves by the time it actually happens. So like, I don't know, just be more low-key about it and you'll be alright."

Elsewhere during the conversation, he revealed to the outlet what he considers to be the perfect song for a couple's first wedding dance, sharing, "I like 'Endless Love' by Lionel Richie."

Pattinson's wedding comments come just a week after he and his longtime partner, Suki Waterhouse, 34, sparked marriage rumors.

During a joint interview with Extra at the Los Angeles premiere of The Drama on Tuesday, March 17, Pattinson and Zendaya were asked what the biggest secret they've ever kept is. Zendaya, 29, playfully teased that there was "nothing that comes to mind" amid Tom Holland marriage buzz before Pattinson revealed that his secret is "the same" as Zendaya's.

Speculation that Pattinson and Waterhouse secretly wed sparked in January 2025 when Sharon Stone referred to Pattinson as Waterhouse's "husband" during the American Heart Association Red Dress Collection Concert in New York City. At the time, the Daisy Jones & The Six star reportedly did not visibly react or correct the marriage comment.

Pattinson and Waterhouse have been romantically linked since July 2018, and a source confirmed to PEOPLE that they quietly got engaged in December 2023, noting back then that marriage is "important" to them. The couple share a 2-year-old daughter, whose name has not been publicly announced.

The Drama releases in theaters nationwide on Friday, April 3.
