Should you be traveling to Florida for Spring Break, you may want to pack a rain jacket this week. Rounds of rain and storms could bring flooding, especially to the eastern coast of the state.

A quick-moving system is shifting to the interior Northeast on Tuesday after bringing snow to the Great Lakes Monday.

Another system will drop in from Canada to impact the Northern Rockies Tuesday before shifting east to the Great Lakes Wednesday night, lasting into Friday. Delays could grow throughout the week, initially in Minneapolis and Chicago, then throughout the central U.S. by late week.

A separate system will begin to impact Northern California beginning Wednesday, which will kickstart a more active pattern for the region to end the week.

The central U.S. could see severe weather to end the week, lasting into the weekend.

If you're heading south in the days ahead, keep in mind that the trees are in full swing. Pollen sufferers will want to account for that in any outdoor plans. You can see how far north the pollen has gotten in maps at the end of this article.
