Donald Trump was spotted sporting a mystery rear-end bulge again on Wednesday after the unusual shape previously sparked speculation that the president was wearing some type of "medical contraption."
The 80-year-old president has been seen with a strange shape protruding from the back of his suit during several occasions in recent months. On Wednesday, the odd shape was visible again as he visited North Carolina to campaign for Republican Senate nominee Michael Whatley.
The peculiar bulge could be seen poking through the back of the president's suit in footage posted to an Instagram story by Trump aide Margo Martin, who the president has previously described as “the most beautiful photographer in the world."

The footage was captured as Trump spoke to reporters in front of Air Force One. The bulge, first spotted during a 60 Minutes interview in April, has sparked wild speculation on social media.

It was also spotted in footage from a Long Island rally shared by former White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt last month. The video shared by Leavitt showed Trump leaving the stage and turning to walk to greet the crowd.

As he did so, the camera captured a view of the president from behind, showing an odd, box-like shape. The moment sparked wild theories of the president hiding contraptions ranging from a catheter to an exoskeleton, or even heart failure equipment
Trump has faced mounting concerns for his health since returning to office last year. The president has been seen sporting regular bruises to his hands and swollen ankles. At times, Trump has been accused of appearing to drag his right leg and in recent months has been spotted tapping the same leg several times while walking.
However, the administration officials have repeatedly dismissed concerns over Trump's health and insists that the president remains in "excellent" health.

The White House had a furious response when asked about the mystery bulge by the Daily Beast. White House spokesman Davis Ingle told the outlet: “Only the glue-sniffing degenerates at the failing Daily Beast would obsessively push baseless conspiracy theories about President Trump, and that’s because they suffer from a severe, crippling disease known as Trump Derangement Syndrome that has completely rotted their peanut-sized brains."
He continued: “President Trump’s sharpness, unmatched energy, relentless work ethic, and historic accessibility stand in stark contrast to what we saw during the last administration when Democrats and the legacy media intentionally covered up Joe Biden’s serious mental and physical decline from the American people.”
